General Terms and Conditions

The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid government issued photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar card, Voter I D, Driving License or Passport. Without original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

Entry below age of 18 strictly not allowed, unless accompanied by legal parents.

A security deposit of Rs.500/- will be required at time of check-in made in the form of a credit card authorization or cash deposit Guests shah be liable for any damage caused to the room or property during their slay. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Damage deposits and authorizations will be released back to credit card companies, banks or cash to the individual at time of checkout upon validation of room condition.

Room inventory (pillows: blankets, towels, etc.) are intended for your use during your stay at the hotel and you are kindly requested not to take them out .

Our standard check-In time is 12.30PM and Check-out time is 11.00AM. Early check in and late checkout each extra per hour chargeable @ Rs.200/- Per Hour.

Only the person registered at the reception of Hotel Leela Residency may use accommodation

facilities. Visitors are not allowed in the rooms. e.g. Family, Friends, relatives, they can meet them in the reception area.Custorner is not allowed to use staff mobile for call or message. 10 Smoking is not allowed inside the room_ Damage fee of Rs. 500/- will be automatically charged if for failure to adhere to this policy. Alcohol & Smoking strictly prohibited

Management reserves the right to deny admission to persons who are intoxicated f under the influence of illegal substances or unruly behavior.

Guests are advised not to leave their valuables/cash/any document

(s) in the room or any areas of the premises of the Hotel. Hotel management shall not be responsible for any such loss/theft of any valuables/cash or any document(s).

Please inform the reception about any defects or faults in the room or possible dissatisfaction with the service.

Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.

Prior to leaving the room, please check if you have closed the tap in the bathroom & Switch off Lights, Fan &AC

Party or loud noise /sound strictly not allowed inside the room

During your stay in the hotel, the reception is at your disposal for all information and assistance you might need (Reception Intercom Dial 9 or 100)

Food last order tirne is 12AM

CCTV surveillance installed in the hotel premises.

Guest not allowed to use staff mobile to call or message.
